Comment: We purchased this tent and it arrived very quick. The ONLY problem I had with it was the claim that it is 3 rooms... well, yes it is but more of 1 large room and 2 storage areas. If you have children, they could sleep comfortably inside the room but an adult could not stand in that area.
On the good side, it went up very quickly for its size and we had an unexpected storm roll through and the rain and wind picked up for hours. NO leaks or problems (with the rain fly over) We had 4 adults inside with chairs and a HUGE airmatress during the rain and we did not feel cramped.
Overall, a good product. even a small zipper hole to run a power line in.
As always with tents, you can never fold them up to the original size to fit back in its case, but for the price...who cares. Happy Camping!

Summary: Good tent for the price
Comment: This tent has met the need. We were stuck in strong winds and the elastic string holding two poles broke, thus the poles weren't functional. They broke because the poles separated and the metal sleeves cut the elastic string. We had to sleep the last night of the cub scout camp in the van.
Coleman didn't want to replace the poles, but when they realized the tent was purchased only a few weeks prior, they decided to do so since it could be returned to Amazon.
The warranty doesn't sound like high winds exempt the replacement of broken parts. It sounds unconditional, which a scouting family needs. I prefer to purchase from companies that quickly and happily replace broken parts under warranty and not argue with the customer.
Of course, this tent shouldn't be used for winter, it is a three-season tent.

Summary: Awsome Tent!
Comment: I love this tent! It arrived super quick and we were able to put it up in no time at all. The rain fly took us a bit longer until we understood the concept. The directions are not the greatest but they're fine. The tent is BIG with plenty of room for my husband, myself and our two little ones. It has little pockets on either side to store your wallet, keys, phone, etc. It also has a little clothes line that goes across the back. There is a little port hole out the back for cords and/or ventilation. My kids love that hole and they are able to fit through it. They think it's great fun to stick both their heads out the hole at the same time. We sealed the seams ahead of our first trip and had no leakage, although it did not rain during our trip. We had to put the tent up in the dark on our first trip and had no trouble at all. Easy to put up but I am 5'3" so I don't think it would have been easy to do alone. We put two queen sized air mattresses on either side of the tent and then put our bags in the middle so that we could change clothes while standing. Spacious and durable tent. My only complaint is that we could not get it back into the bag. Close but not quite. I'd like to see someone do it! I wish they had made the bag just a bit bigger or had some sort of expandable material to help fit it in.

Summary: Great Tent that could be fantastic with a couple of improvements
Comment: I bought this tent for our 6-year old's first camping trip with the Cub Scouts. Yeah, I probably could have gotten a smaller tent for our 4-person family but the price + free shipping was too good to pass up.
Anyways, it rained all day during the day we got to the camp site and I was worried about the tent leaking. Fortunately, not so much as a drop leaked in after we got the tent setup despite the constant downpour. We had more than enough room for the four of us and our belongings. Another father with a tent made by a different brand was not so lucky as the floor of his tent was being flooded by water coming in from the seams. He ended up packing up and going home.
I do wish that the vents on top of the tent had zipper enclosures. While the rainfly kept the rain away and the seams did not leak, rain did get inside the tent through the top vents while we were setting the tent up and before we could get the rainfly on. Being able to close those vents would also help to block out any cold air. We got around this by purchasing some parachute/tent-like material and placing it over the vents. It still got chilly in the tent as the temperature dropped into the high 30s the second night but it was livable with ample blankets.
Overall, this is an excellent tent and both my wife and I came away impressed with how it stood up in the rain. If Coleman had included zipper closures for the vents on the roof, I would have easily given it a 5 star rating.

Summary: Best Tent
Comment: This is the first tent that I have puchased. I used it at a boyscout event. It Rained for 5 hours the first night. Thunder and Lighting. I woke up in the AM Dry. Most everyone else had standing water in their tents. It was bad many went home. This tent can easily fit two double thick Queen size beds plus Gear. I talked a friend into buying this and they are happy as well. I will admit that I sealed the seams with extra sealant. We will never know if it was needed or not. Still a great buy at $54.00.
