The black resin band broke. I purchased a Casio replacement band for $19 on Ebay. I brought it to two jewlery shops and neither would attempt to work on the band. I took it to Fred Meyers Jewlers and was chared $5 to attached the new band. Hours later the new band fell off my wrist because Fred Meyers bent the watch band pin. Stay away from Casio watches with the black resin watchbands. It also needs a battery replacement because after one year of use the solar charged battery only holds a charge for a few hours.
