I bought the package and wore them everyday in the morning after I ate. I would brush my teeth a little beforehand, put them on, and brush AFTER. Did this for 10 days, twice a day and it really did make my teeth whiter. I was able to get the whitest shade veneer and my teeth look great. It's been about a year now and I can actually see faint shade difference between my veneers and the rest of my front teeth.
