Comment: The ice hockey appears that it will be OK after it is replaced as it was damaged in shipping. The deliverman also left it outside our business for a day or two when it was closed. Fortunately it was not stolen.

Comment: I never removed the pallet off the tattered box until yesterday. After putting the table together the damage that had come in shipping was apparent. It still plays and is fun but it has a hole it the side. I am sure amazon will be sure I am credited approriately. I never had any problem before. MERRY CHRISTMAS

Comment: It's a very nice air hockey game for the price. The problem we encountered was by being shipped common carrier there were some bumps and bruises on the table. We called the 800 number from the store it came from and they replaced the broken or lost parts. Overall it's a good deal.

Comment: We purchased this air hockey table for our daughters for Christmas. Upon Christmas eve set up, the motor didn't work right away. Seemed it was a little hesitant, it did start working after several minutes of panic. Christmas morning, our girls were thrilled with their new game, played it right away- during the first game- one of the strikers chipped. A few games later, the other one started to chip also. I called the company for replacement, they said this is a big problem right now & will send me a new motor & strikers. Well they did send the motor, and only 1 striker. We need 2. The table itself is fine. Would I do this again- no. Now I have to call them again, to get another striker.
