Comment: This is a good product. The trimmer works well. My husband has tried several of the attachments and liked them. The caddie is a joke. Nothing stays in place and don't bump it. Using a platic bag is better.

Summary: Great trimmer, too much mystery
Comment: The trimmer itself is great, especially if you are looking for the right tool for the 2 day unshaved look. However, the instructions that come with the trimmer are TERRIBLE. And I agree with everything other customers have said about how the base and the many parts don't fit well. While struggling with changing combs, the cheap plastic broke in my hands and I had to request a new comb from Conair. I would not have had that problem if the directions were more clearly written. How you use all these parts continues to be a bit of a mystery. The trimmer itself is possibly a 5 star product, but Conair drops the ball with poor base design and even poorer instructions that accompany the trimmer.

Comment: Battery life stinks, "turbo" button is a gimmick and shouldn't even be there, and you have to press it so hard it makes shaving/trimming a tight-fisted experience.
I'm about to toss it into the trash.

Summary: Really bad trimmer, a lot of parts
Comment: It just didn't trim as well as did my old Norelco. Replacing the parts is a chore, too. The 1 inch and 2 inch trimmer covers are the exact same size and there is no place for the 3rd in the stacker. The shaver was good, but the trimmer was doing nothing. Thanks but I'm going back to Norleco.
